So from the login page there’s the orange button and white button, click the white one to register. The first bar is for your phone number. Click the down arrow of the world code and the seventh one down is USA (+1) 8th is Canada (+1) then type your phone number with area code. The second box is a verification code. When you click on it it takes you to a grid of photos. It wants you to click on all the photos of one type until they are all gone. The only multiples mine had were pandas and seashells. I went to google translate and had it translate both those words to simplified Chinese and seashell matched the symbols so I clicked until they were all gone and then hit the green button. It will text you a number. Put that code in the box and click the bottom button and you are registered.

When you click on it it takes you to a grid of photos. It wants you to click on all the photos of one type until they are all gone. The only multiples mine had were pandas and seashells. I went to google translate and had it translate both those words to simplified Chinese and seashell matched the symbols so I clicked until they were all gone and then hit the green button. It will text you a number. Put that code in the box and click the bottom button and you are registered.

That’s a shame , you need to talk to your factory and build a relationship. Little bit different from just purchasing in the US as it’s a different culture. They should have sent you a photo prior to shipping. If you order off AliExpress without talking to them , that might be an issue
