Slo is so underrated , but again it is a college town and for someone not in early 20s may feel out of place in bars ! But still good to go - and visit pismo beach and then drive south to solvang and santa barbara !

Golden Gate Park is gorgeous, they also have concerts there. Also riding an electric scooter around the city is SO FUN
Also, the Presidio tunneltops. They have local food trucks there on the weekend that are fun and really good. Bring a picnic blanket and you can go sit on the green with views of the Golden Gate, and then the Walt Disney museum right there is really interesting too.
