Sorry to butt in and answer when I wasn’t asked lol. I have a super heavy flow and would have to use overnight pads + any other method regularly (tampon or cup) bc it just wouldn’t hold it at all and it was kinda uncomfy for me. The disc is my favorite thing ever, I can do exercise without a pad and I won’t leak, I can sleep all night without a pad and I won’t leak. Night pads, jumbo tampons and the cup would only last me like 2hr before starting to leak and the disc stays put for 6-8 or even more without a problem without leaking either. I had so many public accidents with all the other things, and specially the hello disc is my favorite. It’s pricier now, closer to 40 or 50 dollars sometimes but 100% worth it, haven’t bought pads or tampons in like 2yrs.
