I always rent a car and go to China town for food. Much much cheaper and more delicious to me. I also get places to stay off strip where parking is free. I don’t drink, gamble or go to expensive shows. I also like to watch the Sphere only from the outside as I don’t like loud noises (inside is loud). I go to Vegas for the desert vista and weather, cheap food in China town, the energy of the city and because it’s a short flight from where I live. I also have good friends who live there. And they do let me stay for free at their rental condos. 😂

Agreed. Overpriced and we got our food after an hour of waiting & we were disappointed. Weera Thai is 💯 better

Ocean Prime has a great Happy Hour at the bar. Only Mon-Fri 3-6pm but the Lounge Menu and specialty cocktails are half price. Between Cosmo and the Crystal shops, look for the elevator next to Arte Museum.

Free food at Bellagio: go into the High Limit room behind the piano bar. Walk around the tables slowly and stare at the games, pretending like you intend to play. Walk through the main gaming area and to the right - there’s a small free buffet. They don’t advertise because they not allowed to deny entry to anyone.

Tell them you are a diabetic and you get a line pass for any buffet.

Policy is you have to have money in the machine. Other night I wanted another drink, bartender told me put 20 in the machine and he would bring me another drink and I could just cash my 20 out immediately after. Casino is there to make money for the casino, the bartender will loophole that policy because they are there for their tips

You could find lots of promoters on Instagram and get on their free guest list for any clubs. if you are a group of ladies, you can get comped tables.

Get a Go City pass to save so much money on attractions. If you buy concert tickets an hour or two before the show at Resorts world, they drop all remaining tickets to like $32. We saw Luke Bryan 3x doing that and got good seats!

I have an MGM players card. I suppose because I go at least once a year I get up to 4 nights free, $100 in f&b credit, and 50$ gambling money. I play every version of MyVegas (app game) and collect the gold coins which I use for bogo’s/ 1/2 off coupons/show deals/ bogo cocktails . I get a room w/ a fridge and bring my own drinks/small things I can make for lunch/snacks.

When you’re in Vegas get your Caesars and mgm players cards. There’s also discounts on hotels on the Caesar’s app. I link my ID me account to receive the discounts. A lot of places also offer military discounts.

Call and ask for a casino host. Tell them you play at xx hotel in Atlantic City, Detroit, etc. tell them you are getting married and don’t plan to gamble but would like casino rates. They’ll even send a limo to pick you up.

Ask for a medical fridge at the hotel. Then you can get water, snacks etc and keep them in your room for free without having to have issues with the sensor mini fridges. Has saved me tonnnssss

When you check in at your hotel and they ask for your ID, hand them your ID with cash (a $20 bill minimum) folded neatly on top of your ID and ask “are there any upgraded rooms available by chance?”

To add onto this, mhm bellman/luggage storage is free. Check in early, if a room is ready great! If not, store your bags free (go explore!) and wait till the text comes in that your room is ready. Just tip the bellman.

MGM properties give better deals than Caesars. also 95% of the time let you check in early for free, Caesars charges every time

Always check in late at your hotel. Once all the “regular” rooms are full, the front desk will start upgrading guests to suites at no additional charge.

I stay in casinos off the strip they more calm and they give free drink, meal and playing chips for staying there.

Higher end, but valet parking at Fontainebleau is free if you dine at most of the sit down restaurants there. Cheaper than self parking lol.

Military and veterans have free parking at mgm as well as Caesar’s hotels. That’s for valet and self parking. I usually park at mgm when flying out of Las Vegas and it saves me on parking. Also I book during the week versus the weekend and pay right $60 a night after taxes/resort fee.

You’re actually better off getting players club cards and keeping them all in your car. The attendants on event parking nights will often wave you through. And it’s a fact that many times it gets so back up after the event is over they open the garage exit gates to just let people out without paying. 👍🏻

We use Turo car rentals, super easy and convenient and fun way to get around if you’re going off strip. We did a convertible mustang and then a wrangler the next year - both under $100 for the day

take the Desert Inn road if you need to get near or behind the strip fast. Taking Tropicana is actually one of the fastest ways to go from 215 & Trop. to LV BLVD.
